Participant Productions Director Davis Guggenheim and former Vice President Al Gore Raise Global Warming Awareness

Design production studio Buck recently helped shine a light on the
critical issue of global warming. The studio teamed with Participant
Productions, director Davis Guggenheim and former Vice President Al
Gore to help raise awareness and inspire action in the film An
Inconvenient Truth, distributed by Paramount Classics. The documentary
premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and opens in New York and Los
Angeles on May 24. From there, it will expand to major markets around
the country.
Buck’s designs and animations for An Inconvenient Truth focused on
crafting the vast amount of facts and information in a well-designed,
thoughtful and compelling way, presenting the arguments and predictions
to be accessible to all audiences. In the end, the film is an eloquent
weaving of the science of global warming with Mr. Gore’s personal
history and impassioned commitment to reversing the effects of global
climate change.
