2. What have you found to be the best tool or innovation that has come out in the last year?
I was recently introduced to VNC (Virtual Network Computing). It’s a simple program that makes it possible to fully-control one computer from any other computer on the internet. With it you can control an editing system from home and make changes to a sequence or troubleshoot without having to come into the office.

3. The project (film, television, commercial or music video) that most impressed you in the last year? Why?
Oliver Stone’s World Trade Center. Although I haven’t seen the finished film we worked on the trailer and after seeing it dozens of times it still resonates with me.

4. The best or favorite project that you worked on in the past year And why?
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Star Wars Episode IV was one of the first films I can remember seeing in the theaters; it was surreal to be a part of the final episode nearly thirty years later. The best part of the experience was spending last summer living and working on the legendary Skywalker Ranch while finishing the DVD.
