In another quadrant of the Knoll galaxy, Digital Anarchy released Knoll Spark Pack v.3. New features give you increased control over the look of hundreds of lighting effects for more refined 2D composites. The pack contains three filters: Use the centerpiece, Knoll Lens Flare Pro, for creating lens flares, lasers, explosions and suns; Knoll Unmult, for matte generation; and Knoll Min/Max, for matte adjustments. The pack comes with 64-bit SGI and 32/64-bit Linux support. The sparks have also been updated to take advantage of Autodesk’s newest systems, 12- and 16-bit color support, built-in Flare editor and animatable flare elements. $1,295; $249 (upgrade).
