Remaining Partners to Continue to Focus on Audio Post Production, Music and Sound Design Work

The partners of AudioEngine, the New York and Phoenix-based audio post production and music and sound design company, have announced that one of their founding partners, Michael Porte, has left the company to pursue other interests. Porte’s ownership stake is being acquired by his former founding partners, who will continue to manage the company and will maintain its dedication to its many clients in advertising and film and video production. AudioEngine opened in September of 2002 with partners Rex Recker, Joe Vagnoni, Bob Giammarco, Tom Goldblatt and Brian Wick, in addition to Porte.
“We had a great run with Michael,” says Giammarco. “He’s a brilliant entrepreneur who really understands our industry and knows how to launch successful companies in the post-production space. We wish him all the best with his future endeavors.”
