Newly released today is Adobe’s Flash Player 9 Update 3, the first public version of the software with support for H.264 video.
This update marks an important evolution in the software with its support for high quality H.264 video and High Efficiency AAC (HE-AAC) audio capabilities. A high speed internet connection will allow viewers access to HD-quality internet video, in the same format used in Blu-Ray and HD DVD video players. This update touts hardware accelerated, multi-core enhanced, full-screen video playback for high-resolution viewing.
