On the A.C.E. Members Tech Web Discussion blog, A.C.E. member Harry B. Miller III speaks openly about his experiences editing Book of Blood, Clive Barker’s feature film in Final Cut Pro. In it, he questions other editors’ problems with the software, suggesting that “proper training and setup” might be the cause for many user frustrations.
Anyway, it’s a brief but interesting read from a perspective you don’t get to hear all too often. Worth a look.
