You may remember Scott’s fairly recent rant about Apple’s encoding application, Compressor, with its numerous and frustrating error messages and glitches. In his post, Scott recommended several other alternative apps that make appropriate replacements for Compressor, including VisualHub.

Having found this simple review helpful and encouraging, I recommend to other folks shopping around for encoding apps to give it a read.
