Here’s a potentially handy (and pretty neat) tool: Overstream is a website that allows one to create and synch subtitles to online videos originating from YouTube, Google Video, Dailymotion, and MySpace. The final product can then be saved and sent to others for viewing. Methinks this little tool could have some interesting applications.
