New Company Also Features Award-Winning Music Producer Patrick Oliver, Formerly Executive Producer at Amber Music

Oscar Thomas, the producer whose career includes top creative agencies such as Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Miami, FL; Cliff Freeman & Partners and Mad Dogs & Englishmen, both New York, has launched the creative production firm Bullet, a new breed of production resource for the advertising, interactive and entertainment industries that is perfectly attuned to the demands and challenges facing production today.
Joining Thomas at Bullet as Executive Producer/Music Supervisor is Patrick Oliver, most recently Executive Producer at music house Amber Music, New York. At Amber, Oliver worked on several acclaimed recent projects including the ”Damn Boots” viral ad for Nomis, which won the 2008 Gold Lion for Best Use of Music; and the Burger King ”Whopper Freakout” campaign for Crispin Porter + Bogusky, to name a few.

For Thomas, Bullet represents a new paradigm in the ways in which agencies can go about producing work. ”Bullet is a uniquely creative production resource that sits between the agencies and the production companies,” Thomas said. ”Our mission is to help clients shepherd their creative projects through today‘s fast-changing production landscape.”

Bullet’s innovative business model combined with its network of very specialized producers means that agencies can keep their overheads low yet always have access to the best producers for whatever project is coming out of their creative department.

However, Bullet’s expertise extends beyond simply pairing a producer with the right project. Oliver’s access to composers, sound designers and record labels from all over the world mean clients can get all the traditional music production resources they expect without having top commit to a large project fee.

”Today marketers and agencies are searching for new ways to get work produced in a tough economy amidst an evolving technological and media backdrop – and that’s where Bullet comes in,” Thomas said. ”Our business model is similar to a production company except we’re housing producers instead of directors.”
