Bicoastal production/design studio Blind expands across the Atlantic with new representation by multidisciplinary production collective jelly , London. The newly inked deal opens the doors for Blind in design, animation and live-action work in the UK and throughout Europe.
Says Blind EP David Kleinman, “We’d been looking for a like-minded production partner in Europe and the UK for some time, yet after only two conversations with [jelly’s Head of Marketing] Barney Richard and [Owner] Chris Page, we knew jelly would be a good fit. jelly is such an interesting mix of artists, designers, illustrators, motion graphics animators; each unique and credible in their own way. We’re very excited to be a part of their roster.”
jelly Owner Chris Page adds, “We needed a heavyweight motion partner to help us secure creative briefs in a very competitive area of the marketplace. After a lengthy search, we settled on a shortlist of one: Blind. Their creativity, design sense, working ethos and outlook seemed to dovetail completely with our own. I can honestly say that this is one of the most exciting developments in jelly’s history.”

In other Blind news, Chris Do’s “Black/White” video for the Raveonttes was honored with Gold at the BDA Design Awards, given in New York this week. Do was selected to direct the music video as part of The Gap’s ‘Sound of Color’ interactive campaign last year.
