Billy is the latest addition to The Mill LA’s expanding 2D department. He began freelancing at the Santa Monica office in early 2009 and has already worked on an impressive collection of projects including the critically acclaimed music promo ‘Two Weeks’ for the band Grizzly Bear directed by Patrick Daughters. Additional Mill credits include Activision ‘Wolverine’ directed by Rupert Sanders, Gatorade ‘Pump Up the G‘ directed by Joe Pytka and Lexus ‘Look Out’ directed by Walter Stern.

Since 2002 Billy has worked as a Flame artist at many of the major VFX studios in Los Angeles. Throughout his career he has developed working relationships with acclaimed commercial directors such as Wes Anderson, Josh and Xander, Tony Scott, Dante Ariola and Tom Kuntz.

Over the years he has also worked on a number of feature films including The Life Aquatic, National Treasure: Book of Secrets and The Taking of Pelham 123.

Billy graduated in 2000 from Loyola Marymount University, California, with a BA in Film Production.
