Press Release

Bullet, the year-old creative production firm founded by producer Oscar Thomas, has announced some significant moves – the addition of Executive Producer Damon Webster and Digital Content Producer Andrea Leminske, and the launch of new offices in Los Angeles, CA, and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
”Andrea brings to Bullet a passion and understanding for digital content production that few can match, including working with agencies such as R/GA, Digitas, Agency.com and Sub Rosa just to name a few,” Thomas says. ”Damon was the Head of Production at Saatchi & Saatchi, Los Angeles, which says a lot.   I don’t think there is anything you can throw at Damon that would make him nervous. It’s gratifying for us to have two producers onboard with such a vast experience.”

Webster will lead Bullet’s new Los Angeles office, while Andrea will head the New York office with Bullet Producer and Music Supervisor Patrick Oliver. Thomas will relocate to Amsterdam to head the new Bullet office there.

”New York is our central base, but having offices on the West Coast and in Europe means having a deep talent pool to dip into and share with our clients,” Thomas adds. ”Ideally, we’d like to have small production offices across the globe that are networked together and can share resources. There’s a demand now for producers who’re not afraid to take an entire production into their own hands and work without traditional baggage, and that’s what we’re building with the addition of Damon and Andrea.”

Damon Webster:
Webster comes to Bullet with 15-plus years of production experience, including nine years as the Head of Production at Saatchi & Saatchi, Los Angeles. He also spent a large portion of his career with several production companies and most recently as a freelance producer. His reel includes campaigns for Toyota, BMW, Lexus and the Ford music videos seen during American Idol. In addition to his commercial work, Webster is the founder of PhotoInduced.com, a leading social networking site for photography enthusiasts. The website boasts over a million page views per month.

”I had been considering working with a number of companies when I met with Oscar and immediately liked him and what he was building with Bullet,” Webster says. ”Bullet suits me and my style perfectly – they’re consummate pros who know what they’re doing, but with a decidedly entrepreneurial philosophy that you don’t find at many agencies or production companies.”

Andrea Leminske:
Leminske, an international digital content producer with over ten years experience at top agencies such as R/GA, Digitas, Agency.com and Sub Rosa. She produced content for L’Oreal Paris, Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent, Nike, Subaru and Johnson & Johnson. Other notable projects include campaigns for Samsung, LG and Discovery Channel. She has produced for production companies and her extensive agency production experience in traditional media makes her ideal for this challenging and demanding era of communicating in the digital age.

”I had heard great things about Bullet and after meeting with Oscar, it was clear to me that he is onto something special,” Leminske says. ”Agencies today are under a great deal of pressure from their clients to produce great work across all media that achieve results despite challenging budgets. Bullet, with its great producing ability coupled with its business management services, is an ideal resource for a lot of agencies. I’m excited to be a part of what they’re building.”
