Introduces Universal 3cP SET + POST System for DP/DIT and Post Production
While 3cP was originally available only to selected high-end Studio productions, it’s now available as a software-based system for all DPs and DITs. 3cP has proven itself on over 30 studio films and television shows (click for more info) and countless independent productions.
You can now color correct a live HD-SDI stream in real time, when using 3cP with the Blackmagic Design HDLinkPro.
Color corrected dailies created by 3cP SET + POST can be targeted for viewing on many devices – including the Apple iPad and iPhone – and can be produced in Apple ProRes and Avid formats.
3cP SET + POST adds the ability to work with the latest RED Mysterium-X sensor and its “new color science.”The raw data is accessed and decoded directly from its raw format, ensuring the highest quality imagery.
To help in this task Gamma and Density Co. releases new Color Charts for the RED MX ‘ the part of 3cP SET + POST Thorough Control System and new member of the chart family, along side the 709 and film charts. These new charts for Tungsten and Daylight will help any user with better control of the workflow, consistent results, confidence in a predictable outcome, and readiness for post-production.
Entering more actively than before into the pre-grade and pre-post domains 3cP SET + POST has expanded its support of the DaVinci/BlackMagicDesign Resolve color corrector.
Along with its patented, unified system of digital camera and monitor calibration, 3cP SET + POST offers unique features unavailable anywhere else in one system, including: an ability to pre-visualize lighting, new support for generating Nucoda-style 3D LUTs, enhanced P2 file handling, support for anamorphic and 3D imagery and many other features.
