Music Revolution
This holiday-ready excerpt from Music Revolution was produced by Reel People Studios, a collective of songwriters and recording engineers in the Atlanta area who work with a wide range of artists. RPS’s guiding lights are Steve Rawls, Bill Turpin and James Cobb. In a past life, Rawls was a successful telecom executive who, in his second act, is now a top-tier mastering engineer. Veteran songwriter and producer Turpin is the father of Collective Soul bass player Will Turpin and was a key mentor for the band before they became a household name. James Cobb, a classical guitarist, performs on a nylon acoustic guitar here, as well as on most of the Christmas music in RPS’s holiday collections. If you’re looking for a gentle classical guitar track that’s royalty-free and won’t overpower the visuals in your project, “Silent Night” delivers on the promise of its title.
