Song Street Records Adds New Source for Confident, Emotion-Driven Production Music
Strong Street Records, a division of Nashville’s 615 Music, has just partnered with another Nashville local, the Ryan Michaels Band. The division will now be licensing a selection of music from the band’s song library. The band got its start as part of the Tennessee rock scene and soon became known in Nashville for its high-energy shows and emotion-driven rock, drawing comparisons to Bon Jovi, Springsteen and U2. Songs from their debut album, “Life Is for the Living,” is receiving airplay at some 100 radio stations across the country and, most recently, on the MLB Network. “Bleed,” from that album, is described as both “confident” and “dark” in the Strong Street Records catalog.
