A new OK Go music video is always worth checking out, and the band’s latest clip is certainly no exception. Created as a collaboration with dance troupe Pilobolus, the adventurous new video is a kaleidoscopic dance extravaganza shot through a plate of glass from below as a bevy of green-clad bodies move in sync with the music, tumbling into and out of the frame.
You can watch the video via YouTube, above, but I strongly recommend that you fire up Google Chrome and check out the Web-native HTML5 version (at www.allisnotlo.st), which adds cool tricks with browser windows and a smidgen of interactivity to the experience. (Director Chris Milk’s “The Wilderness Downtown,” with music by Arcade Fire, is another notable HTML5 adventure.) And if you’re one of the few Nintendo 3DS owners out there (about 700,000 have sold so far, which is kind of pathetic by Nintendo standards), a 3D version is available as part of the new Nintendo Video service.
Happy Friday, everyone!
