Splice Here has welcomed Creative Director Shannon Pettini to its award-winning design team. Pettini joins the company having had extensive tenures as a Senior Creative Manager for nationally renowned retailers Target and Dayton-Hudson/Marshall Field’s. She has also served as Executive Creative Director at interactive/design agency Catalyst and Good People Branding.
“What intrigued me about Splice was its diversity,” explains Pettini. “Not only does Splice work on commercial and advertising projects, but also on digital signage, online content, television, and feature films. In my new role at Splice, I will also be interfacing daily with editors, visual effects artists, colorists and music/sound talent. We have everything under one roof here, which is very exciting. My goal moving forward is to have clients bring their projects to us during the creative concept stage, so that we can be involved with the collaboration from inception.”

As Creative Director at Splice, Pettini merges her innate talent for strategic thinking with her passion for good design to meet the client’s creative challenges. She’ll also develop the look and feel of Splice’s organizational brand and collaborate with staff at all levels to inspire and refine their work.

“Shannon is an incredible addition to our team that will allow us to collaborate more with our clients in the creative execution of their projects,” says Barb Condit, owner of Splice. “She’s experienced at honing the concept and pulling all the pieces together to elevate the final piece.”
