"Trials of the Past" opens on a shot of a running woman who turns out to be looking for a barber to give her more than a haircut. The obvious hat-tip to Blade Runner should clue you in to the sci-fi premise of what turns into a rather bloody music video for electronic dance music artist SBTRKT. It's directed by Ross Anderson, who also did VFX work on the clip.
