Kristin Kumamoto Becomes VP
Avid specialist Pacific Post, which rents equipment and edit suites to film and TV productions, is expanding into a new 21,000-square-foot location at 4142 Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood. At the same time, Kristin Kumamoto, previously at Hula Post and Orbit Digital, joined the company as vice president.
Pacific Post Lankershim has 40 edit rooms with an in-house network built around 10-GigE ISIS 5000 systems and 150 Mbps bi-directional Internet connectivity via fiber.
"We will continue to offer the most responsive rental and editorial system support, as well as foster a place where editors want to spend their time, work closely with their colleagues, and share conversation in common areas with peers at work on different projects,” said company founder and owner Lorenzo Sgroi.
