The new animated feature from Studio Ghibli's Hayao Miyazaki, already creating controversy in his home country and elsewhere, is a biopic about Jiro Horikoshi, creator of the Japanese Zero fighter plane flown in World War II. Its North American premiere is scheduled to take place at the Toronto International Film Festival next month.
