Dell announced a new monitor with a new picture resolution yesterday — with a resolution of 5120×2880, the display is being billed as an "Ultra HD 5K" display.
The Dell UltraSharp 27 Ultra HD 5K Monitor features Dell's PremierColor technology and an anti-smudge, anti-reflective screen. Two 16-watt Harmon Kardon speakers are integrated, and six USB ports and one media card reader are available.
The 5K display will have a list price of $2500 and is slated to ship in the fourth quarter.
