Brooklyn-based producer, songwriter and visual artist j.viewz (Jonathan Dagan) collaborated with creative agency Hello Monday to develop the first-of-its-kind online music platform that will give his audience nonlinear and interactive access to the evolution of his next album as he creates it. Dagan says he wanted to build both a visual and aural timeline of the tracks—with deep links to the individual sounds, songs, people, places and stories that relate to each song—so his fans could experience his new album more fully in the digital world. The platform, funded by a Kickstarter campaign, will go live in late October or early November.
