Company Grows Its Support Network in the U.S. and Worldwide
Red Digital Cinema today announced a line-up of new authorized dealers, creating what the company calls a "support network extension" for customers seeking product demos, tech support, mail-in and drop-off for repairs and upgrades — as well as purchases, naturally.
The new dealers include, in North America: Aerial Media Pro (Costa Mesa, CA), Omega Broadcast Group (Austin, TX), and Samy's Camera (Los Angeles, CA); in the U.K.: CVP (Brentford, Middlesex) and WTS Broadcast (London); in Asia Pacific: Seika DI (Tokyo, Japan) and DVInside (Seoul, South Korea); in Russia: FeelSystems Company (Moscow) and JC Group (Moscow); in Denmark: Goecker A/S (Copenhagen); and in Norway: Interfoto (Oslo).
Authorized Red rental houses now exist in countries including Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands, in addition to the U.K. and the U.S. They must keep a minimum inventory of Red cameras on hand as well as an in-house Red tech-support staff in order to qualify.
For a complete list of the company's authorized dealers and rental houses, see the directory on Red's website.
