Technicolor-PostWorks NY Buys The Room

Technicolor-PostWorks New York said it has acquired The Room, the downtown Manhattan finishing boutique that colocated with Technicolor-PostWorks in the West Village three years ago.

The Room's founder, Ben Murray, will become VP, Creative Services, for Technicolor-PostWorks. "Ben will be our creative and technical lead, focusing on workflow design, training, talent management and recruiting," said Technicolor-PostWorks COO Rob DeMartin in a prepared statement. "He will work with clients in pre-production, oversee project management, collaborate with our engineering team, and assist in overall strategic planning."

The Room's recent projects include St. Vincent, Her, and True Detective.
