TVLogic, designer and manufacturer of LCD and OLED High Definition displays, unveils a total of 10 new models – including 4 aimed at 3/6/12G 4K workflows – at NAB 2016 to address the increasing demand for higher resolution broadcast, production, post-production, and multi-viewer monitoring requirements.
Included in the line-up are four 10-bit 12G-ready 4K models in 17”, 24”, 42” and 55” sizes, three 1920×1080 10-bit 17” broadcast and color-critical models, two new 7” field and on-board monitors, and a new 5×3.5” rack monitor. The new displays are on exhibit in Booth C3623 at NAB.
NEW LUM-240G – 3/6/12G 24” 3840×2160 10-bit Color-Critical Reference Monitor
The highlight of TVLogic's four new 12G-4K offerings is a 24” 10-bit native 3840×2160 reference monitor with 3G quad link and 6/12G single link input + HDMI 2.0 for 4K 60p. The LUM-240G provides an ultra-wide color gamut up to DCI, 10-bit color, and includes 3D LUT import/export, HD 1:1 or full-screen upscaling function and TVLogic’s free color calibration utility.
NEW LUM-171G/420M/550M 10-bit 4K Monitors
Three additional new 10 bit 3/6/12G-4K offerings include the LUM-171G – a 16.5” native 1920×1080 4K-ready model with 3G quad link and 6/12G single link input + HDMI 2.0 for 4K 60p.
The LUM-420M/550M are 42” and 55” native 3840×2160 10-bit models with support for 3G quad and 6/12G single input 4K, 4 input quad HD, and 2 Sample Interleave modes.
NEW XVM-177A 17” Color Critical Monitor
Building upon the popular XVM color-critical monitor series, TVLogic introduces the XVM-177A – 16.5” 1920×1080 reference monitor. Designed for color-critical on-set and studio applications, the XVM-177A utilizes a newly designed true 10 bit Super IPS LCD offering ultra-wide viewing angles and 100% coverage of Rec. 709 color gamut without 8-bit color-banding artifacts.
Add built-in 3D LUT import/export, a wide range of professional focus and exposure measurement features, support for TVLogic’s powerful and free color calibration and you’ll see why this is the Company's most capable and accurate 17” monitor ever.
NEW LVM/SWM-171A 17” Broadcast Monitors
If you don’t need 3D LUTS and Picture by Picture dual-channel monitoring – but you do want the same wide viewing native 1920×1080 10-bit image quality of the XVM-177A, then the LVM-171A is the perfect choice. The model is also available as the SRM-171A – without the front-panel controls and with an optional SFP slot.
NEW LVM-070C/075A 7” Field Production and On-Camera Monitors
New this year are two versions of the rugged and capable 7” LVM-series production monitors. The LVM-070C is an entry-level 1024×600 7” panel with a full feature set and a more approachable price-point.
The new LVM-075A offers a native 1920×1080 panel with outstanding color accuracy, 600 cd/m² maximum luminance, built-in Log to Linear LUT conversion and more.
NEW 3.5” x 5 Rackmount Monitor
For tight spaces requiring high-resolution preview monitoring, the new RKM-535A offers 5 – 960×640 native 8-bit screens with every feature that could fit inside. You won’t find a better looking or more capable 3.5”x5 rackmount on the market!
