PostWorks Launches New Unit Providing Digital Cinema Services

PostWorks Digital Cinema Will Be Led by Technicolor Veteran Greg Fornero

PostWorks New York is targeting indie filmmakers with a new digital distribution service, PostWorks Digital Cinema.

Led by Greg Fornero, PostWorks Digital Cinema will offer DCP duplication, drive rentals and sales, KDM management and broadband content delivery to indie producers, distributors and DI facilities as well as film festivals. Fornero has been named VP for Distribution Services and "will work bi-coastally," the company said. 

Previously an account executive at Deluxe Technicolor Digital Cinema, where his studio clients included The Weinstein Company, Fornero's background in digital cinema dates to 2005, when he began working for Cinedigm.

"PostWorks has long relied upon Greg as a key resource for digital cinema support to our independent clients," said PostWorks Senior VP for Theatrical Services Clark Henderson in a prepared statement. "He is the go-to guy in this market and we are lucky to have him join us to build this service."
