If floor space at your facility is at a premium—or worse, if your business is in a flood-prone area—getting your valuable equipment up off the floor is a must. Video Mount Products is now offering the smallest addition to its popular and sturdy wall-mount equipment rack enclosures: the 19-inch ERWEN-6E, which lists for $339.
Like the company's ERWEN-9E (9 RU), ERWEN-12E (12 RU) and ERWEN-15E (15 RU) cabinets, the new enclosure is made from black powder-coated welded steel that comes fully assembled and features adjustable front and rear rails (with standard 10-32 threading), a removable hinged back panel, vented top and bottom panels, and a tempered glass front door that is also reversible.
The side panels can also be removed and fit with optional locks to configure several together. The ERWEN-6E has 16 inches of usable depth and fits 6 RU of servers, switches or routers. It can safely support 120 pounds of equipment and pairs with an optional two-fan kit, the ERWEN2FANKIT, the company said.
