DJI came to New York this week to demonstrate the Phantom 4 Pro and Inspire 2 drones for local filmmakers. Organized by the B&H Event Space Team, the get-together was held in photographer Eddie Adams' former studio in the East Village — in a landmark building that once housed a free public bathhouse! — and featured roof-top drone flights, an on-stage presentation showing the capabilities of the two UAV models, and a screening of this behind-the-scenes video showing Oscar-winning cinematographer Claudio Miranda using the Inspire 2 as a flying and handheld rig to shoot 14-minute film "The Circle" in its entirety.
