Director Luca Guadagnino, who made last year’s Oscar-winning gay romance Call Me by Your Name, now follows in the footsteps of his countryman, the Italian horror legend Dario Argento, with his remake of Argento’s supremely spooky 1977 film, Suspiria. Chloë Grace Moretz, Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton lead the nearly all-female cast, with DP Sayombhu Mukdeeprom (Call Me by Your Name and festival fave Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives) behind the camera.
