Here’s a rare, officially sanctioned trip back in network-television time: Team Coco has posted the complete first-ever episode of Late Night with Conan O’Brien, which originally aired 25 years ago this week, with the red-headed comic working to fill the shoes of the recently departed Late Night host David Letterman. The show runs 38 minutes without commercials and features John Goodman, Drew Barrymore and Tony Randall. Among the writers? Louis C.K., Bob Odenkirk and Robert Smigel. A “complete online archive” is supposedly coming in January.
