Tokyo-based filmmaker Hiroshi Kondo shot this film on Taiwan streets heavily trafficked by scooters. Speeding up and slowing down the action, he peers deep into an orderly mass of humanity that in the films closing moments becomes almost liquid, flowing downhill like water. The images are accompanied by the slow crescendo of a music track composed by electronic musician, DJ and sound designer Himuro Yoshiteru.
