Bi-coastal production studio CVLT hired Katya Pavlova as its new head of post-production.
Pavlova was most recently at The Mill for a six-year run that included producing Mick Rock’s video “remix” of David Bowie’s “Life on Mars” and Steven Klein’s augmented reality experience for W Magazine that included a 3D “talking cover” (activated via a downloadable mobile app) featuring Katy Perry.
At CVLT, Pavlova will be tasked with growing the studio’s post operations and developing partnerships.
“It’s a unique time to join CVLT, with the industry steering towards direct-to-brand relationships,” said Pavlova in a prepared statement. “I look forward to bringing new projects to life together with our talented team.”
