To get an idea of how fast Clint Eastwood works, consider this: in June of this year, The Hollywood Reporter was still covering casting for his upcoming film about Richard Jewell, the security guard falsely accused of being the 1996 Summer Olympic bomber. Today, Warner Bros. Pictures issued a trailer promoting the film’s December 13 (!) release. It’s a really good trailer. Yves Bélanger, CSC, is once again Eastwood’s DP (listen to our podcast with him about shooting The Mule) and longtime collaborator Joel Cox is editing.
