Imagine Products said it has integrated its ShotPut Pro and TrueCheck software with the Frame.io platform.
ShotPut Pro v2019.3 for the MacOS now allows Frame.io subscribers to offload camera media from camera cards or other volumes and upload directly to Frame.io from within the application. Similarly, TrueCheck v2019.2 or higher for Mac allows users who are verifying the integrity of volumes, folders and files to upload those files directly to Frame.io. Imagine said that will allow users to automatically transcode files to Frame.io without copying them, including when using a frame-based raw workflow.
“At Imagine Products, we’re always looking for new ways to automate our customers’ workflows,” said Imagine Products Marketing Director Michelle Maddox in a prepared statement. “With the integration, we’ve combined three steps — offload, transcode, and upload — into a single command that shaves a tremendous amount of time and overhead off of a typical video workflow.”
Frame.io is a cloud-based review-and-approval workflow platform allowing subscribers and to load media assets into the cloud for easy access by collaborators and clients.
Perpetual licenses for ShotPut Pro ($149) and Truecheck ($149) include one year of updates; after that period, a $49/year subscription to each can be purchased that includes all subsequent updates. Frame.io pricing starts at $19/month for a single seat.
